Sometimes....

You wait for someone and later realize the wait wasn't worth,
You long for someone and later realize you're not that important,
You care for someone and later realize you're not even considered one amongst the one who cares,
You trust someone and later realize that you're being betrayed,
You expect something and later realize it has left you hurt,
You try to take out time for someone and later realize that the someone doesn't have any time for you,
You make someone feel so important in life and later realize that you are not at all important in their life.
You make so many mistakes, get hurt and then realize all this wasn't worth it.
Sometimes we just listen to our heart and commit these mistakes.... Hoping not to have these sometimes never again...Sometimes we act such fools making our self so vulnerable to these people...

I don't care anymore...

I don't care whether you live or you die,
I don't care you laugh or you cry,
I don't care you smile or you frown,
I don't care you're happy or sad,
I don't care you're with everyone or you're alone,
I don't care you succeed or you fail,
I don't care you're excited over something or you moan,
I don't care you speak the truth or you lie,
I don't care you long for someone or you're betrayed,
I don't care because you may be alive but your memories for me have died... I don't give a damn to anyone around you and that I have the freedom to say what a relief I've felt by moving away from you....

THE GOLDFEST - Making India proud

Ohkay now this is post is completely different from what I've been writing till now but i wanted to write and share this with you all. Get set go....

THE HEADLINES: GOLDFEST FOR INDIA AT BEIJING OLYMPICS 2008 and my very first reaction was WOOOOOOOOOOW!!! Someone finally made INDIA proud! I must admit that I'm not at all a patriotic person nor do i very proudly claim to be an Indian. It's on few of those occasions when Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon type of songs play that make me feel the pain that these soldiers go through. Though I may not be a die hard patriotic but I respect each and everyone in the India forces and I bow to all the martyrs. The moment I heard Abhinav Bindra has fetched a gold medal at Olympics. I was awestruck actually enthralled by the moment. For sometime I couldn't believe that I was soooooooooo ecstatic and happy for India when I don't myself vouch for it. It was for the first time in my life that I felt extremely very proud to be an Indian. I had goosebumps and tears in my eyes. I just stood up and remained standing till Abhinav had been awarded the medal. I never knew that such a win can arouse a feeling of such patriotism in me and there I see all wet eyes. Yes!!!! ABHINAV did this to a country of 1 billion people. It not only made me proud but actually made me think of the pool of talent that we have in our country that is being neglected and wasted because of proper help and support from our Indian government. The ones who're not worth are paid huge amounts and the price money that was announced by Indian govt for Abhinav just totalled a mere 2 crores and some 87 lakhs. Is that the amount we pay for someone who could run a stream of happiness and proud moment for us all? This is something we should be ashamed of and should take steps towards the betterment of huge pool f talent that we have.

Lastly, all I'd like to say is Abhinav you've done us proud, no matter what amount of support you receive from the government but people like me assure you that the moral support you'd receive from us wouldn't go waste. Together we can and we shall make a difference in India.

CONGRATULATIONS ABHINAV! :) Also thank you for making a feeling of patriotism strike in me. Thank you for making us feel sooooo proud! To top it, your calm and composed attitude spoke a lot for you.

In love with MYSELF....

Very less often does it happen in life that we wish not to be belonged to anyone. To be in love with yourself, your thoughts and the single most important person in your life being YOU yourself. There are days when you love to belong but then its some economics that gets in our way. In our life too we have some recessions and some booms. It's probably one of those few days today when I feel that I have matured as a person and heart wishes for no one to be belonged. I can very happily say today that I'm in love with myself today. It does not matter to me if someone cares for me or not, if a friend of mine wishes to be with me or not or how much or less I'm working. All I know is that I feel sooooo very sorted! I don't have to wait for someone neither do I have to make any special efforts for anyone. I'm happy I'm in love with myself yet again. Just wishing to pamper myself in the best way I can. For a change this is what I want to do: Getting up late, having a lazy brunch and then hitting a gym for some time pass. A jacuzzi followed by a hot cuppa coffee, a long drive alone with my music on, shopping and a dinner making me soooo full to sleep and do nothing else. A day when I don't want to think about people close to me, a day when I don't want them to disturb me either and a day when I can say them just LEAVE ME ALONE! All this not because I'm sad or anything, its just that its one of those days when I wish to be just ME!!!!!!! :)

Friends : Real or Fake

In this world, people we treat close to our heart always hurt us.
People we pour our heart to, always let us down.
People we thought were ours, were always there for their own motives.

People whom we thought we couldn't live with out...
Entered our life to leave one day....
And people we called FRIENDS,
Would turn out to be the biggest conspirators one day...

Sad but true, we couldn't figure out our friends : FAKE or TRUE.....
